Shipping
Shipping options are USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Shipping charges are calculated based on item weights and dimensions and your location. Please note that large items such as plastic body panels may raise shipping prices due to volume despite not weighing much.
We do ship to PO boxes, APO addresses and international destinations.
International customers, please remember that your shipment may take time to process through customs.
All orders are shipped out within 4-7 business days. This lead time is necessary to complete your order as not every part is in stock at our dealer. Some items may need to be ordered from Yamaha.
Yamaha may place parts on backorder. Should this happen, we will contact you with an ETA for the backordered part(s). Orders or partial orders cancelled due to backordered parts may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Yamaha will not drop ship directly to you. All ordered parts must first come to a dealer.
Phone Orders:
For security reasons we are unable to process phone orders.
Wrong part received:
If any part ordered is incorrect due to an error on our behalf, please contact us to initiate a return. You will have 30 days from receipt of part to initiate a return for incorrect part.
If the customer orders the wrong part, you can return it in original unused condition for a 20% restocking fee. We do not verify that the parts you order are the exact ones you need for your vehicle. We simply send you the part numbers you request.
We only sell Genuine Yamaha parts, however, Yamaha will sometimes make changes to parts to improve function, reliability, or compatibility across more models. Due to this, some parts may have a different part number from what is printed in the original diagrams or parts may appear different.
Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restock fee regardless of order status. Once an order is processed and parts are ordered from our distributor we cannot specifically stop your parts from coming to us. Once we receive them we are charged a restock fee by our distributors and also have to pay to ship them back.
Electrical:
There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on any electrical parts. Please be sure of what you need before ordering anything in this category and contact us if you need clarification.
15-Day return period
Should you wish to return your order or a portion of your order, please contact us to initiate a return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns will need to include original packaging and be in new unused condition. Installed or used parts are NOT returnable. Any items returned in damaged or used condition will be rejected.
Closeout items
StadiumYamaha.com does not accept returns of items purchased on closeout.

Exchanges
StadiumYamaha.com does not offer exchanges at this time. All acceptable returns are processed for a refund
