ALL SHIPPING DATES STATED ARE ESTIMATED. MOST ORDERS ARE COMPLETED AND SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 4 -7 BUSINESS DAYS. BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY.  (INCLUDING WILL CALL). KYMCO PARTS TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

LARGE ITEMS SHIPPED INTERNATIONAL WILL BE SUBJECT TO SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER FREIGHT COST.
All US orders are shipped UPS Ground. All international orders are shipped UPS WORLD. Please allow extra shipping time for all international orders. International UPS services will vary. Please be sure to include a
PHYSICAL ADDRESS,  UPS will not deliver to a PO BOX.  Upon delivery, Stadium Yamaha is not responsible for any additional applicable customs/import duties, fees or taxes placed on international orders.  To obtain shipping costs, please log-in and enter you address information.  You WILL be able to view total charges BEFORE entering payment info. 

Canceled orders are subject to a 20% restock fee regardless of your order status.  Once your order is processed and parts are ordered from our distributors we can not stop them from coming to us.  Once we receive them we are charged a restock fee by our distributors and have to pay to ship them back.

Returned parts must be received within 30 days, in the original packaging along with a copy of your invoice. Returned parts are subject to inspection.  Returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on electrical parts.  No exceptions.

We review every order to verify current parts availability. We will email you within 3-5 business days if there are any parts on backorder. If you do not receive a backorder email you can assume your parts are currently in our distributors inventory.


For security reasons we DO NOT take credit card information via phone, email or fax for online orders.  Feel free to contact us regarding our secure internet payment transfer system.

As with all Yamaha Dealer websites, the inventory reflected on our site is Yamaha US inventory and the inventory of our aftermarket distributors.

Yamaha will not drop ship directly to you.  Your parts are first shipped to us, we then ship them to you.   This is the case no matter what Yamaha dealer you order from.
